Knowledge of local, regional and international construction techniques. A sound working knowledge of local and international health and safety procedures and thorough working knowledge of construction plant, tools and equipment.
Skills in rough and finished carpentry and millwork, taking accurate measurements, both on-site and from drawings and the ability to work with a team and other sub-contractors on a project-by-project basis.
Ability to operate power tools and other construction equipment, including mitre, table saw, nail gun, hammer gun and jigsaw, read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
