JOB TITLE: BUSINESS ANALYST/PROJECT MANAGER
SALARY: CI$100,000 - CI$125,000 pa
WORKING HOURS: 40 HOURS PER WEEK

We are seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager to join the Information Technology team at Dart People Ltd. The successful candidate will lead multiple business-critical projects concurrently, drive process improvements, and deliver innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency.

DO YOU HAVE:

A bachelor’s degree in project management or a related field
A Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) or demonstrated equivalent experience
A Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent)
At least 5 years’ experience in business systems analysis and project management
Proven success leading complex IT and enterprise technology projects, including ERP, HRMS, ECM, CRM, Retail systems, as well as hardware, telephony, meeting room technology, infrastructure refresh and modernization initiatives.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Visio, and strong knowledge of enterprise business systems
Experience with PPM and BA tools
Exceptional analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

WE WANT YOU TO:

Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance through technology solutions
Lead projects from requirements gathering through implementation, ensuring successful delivery of objectives, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
Develop business requirements, specifications, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI recommendations for leadership review
Manage application selection, implementation, system enhancements, and technology transformation initiatives
Lead RFP and business case development, vendor evaluations, solution assessments, and final recommendations aligned with business goals
Act as the primary liaison between IT and business teams, facilitating collaboration, communication, and stakeholder alignment
Support users through system transitions, upgrades, testing activities, and changing initiatives while promoting successful adoption of new solutions
