Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Beverage Server to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve beverages promptly and accurately to guests
• Take drink orders and deliver them efficiently
• Ensure guests are served responsibly and in accordance with company policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests professionally
• Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Assist bartenders and other team members as needed
Requirements:
• Previous beverage service or hospitality experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic beverages, beer, wine, and cocktails
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
