Beverage Manager.

Palm Heights is seeking an experienced and passionate Beverage Manager to lead the development and execution of our world-class beverage program across multiple luxury dining and hospitality venues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for curating exceptional beverage experiences, driving service excellence, managing inventory and costs, developing team talent, and maintaining innovative wine, cocktail, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverage programs that reflect the Palm Heights brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead all beverage operations across restaurants, bars, events, and member experiences.
• Develop and maintain innovative wine, cocktail, spirits, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverage programs.
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, cost controls, and supplier relationships.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop bar teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure consistent luxury service standards across all outlets.
• Collaborate with culinary and restaurant leadership to create elevated food and beverage pairings.
• Monitor beverage sales performance, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Support special events, activations, private functions, and VIP experiences.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications
• Minimum 3-5 years of beverage management experience within luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, private clubs, or high-end hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, beverage trends, and luxury service standards.
• Experience managing beverage costs, inventory controls, and supplier negotiations.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Sommelier, WSET or equivalent certifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and guest engagement abilities.
