Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, bake, and finish a wide variety of products including bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
* Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
* Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards
* Manage baking schedules to meet daily production demands
* Assist with new recipes and menu development as needed
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum of at least 10 years experience as a professional baker
* Skilled in Bread, pastries, and other baked goods etc.
* Must be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
* Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
