Managers — responsibilities and required experience:
• Participate in performing audit procedures, especially focusing on complex and/or specialized issues, as well as collaborate to plan engagement objectives and an audit strategy that complies with professional standards and appropriately addresses risk
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client personnel and key business decision-makers throughout the year, as well as direct fieldwork, inform supervisors of the engagement status and manage staff performance
• Experience participating in engagement management, engagement execution and reporting, and client relationship-building
• Experience identifying new business opportunities at existing or potentially new clients

To qualify for the role you must have:
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field
• An internationally recognized professional accounting certification, such as a CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent
• A minimum of five(5) years of recent relevant work experience within a public accounting firm; experience in the financial services industry is required
-Working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
- Engagement management, execution and reporting skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients with a diverse range of backgrounds
- Confidence in your ability to prioritize when managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to management
- The flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

The successful candidates must have strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to work a flexible schedule as overtime will be required, as well as a dedication to teamwork and integrity within a professional environment.
