Location: George Town, Grand Cayman
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: KYD $10 – $20 per hour working 45 hours per week

Cooling Pros Ltd. is now looking to hire a full-time Assistant HVAC Installer.
The functions of this role will include but not be limited to the following duties & responsibilities:
• Install various HVAC systems such as central ducted, mini split, VRF and light commercial air handlers, condensers, piping, and controls.
• Fabricate and install equipment and ductwork assemblies and systems on work sites according to blueprints, specifications and other resource information using hand tools, portable power tools and other specialized equipment.
• Residential and Commercial, New Construction and Existing Build jobsites.
• Installation of exhaust fans, grilles, and dampers as directed.
• Clean up debris generated by work activity.
• Performs routine fabrication and/or installation activities without direct oversight or on-site assistance.
• Assists in training new employees in installation-related subjects.
• Performs related duties as directed by the applicable Job Foreman or Project Manager.
• Keep tools needed in trade up to date.
• Cross training in all aspects of HVAC and refrigeration.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.

The incumbent must have the following skills and experience:
• Must be experienced with various HVAC Systems.
• Must have 5-6 years’ experience.
• Clean Police Record.
• Keen attention to detail.
• A professional approach with strong communication skills.
• Be well organized and enjoy the challenges of supporting your manager.
• Flexibility - ability to work on Saturdays on pre-planned occasions.
