A/C Service Technician.

A/C SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will service, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial AC systems, including central ducted, ductless, chilled water, water-cooled systems, dehumidifiers, and exhaust fans.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Air Conditioning/HVAC Technician; strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; experience with residential and commercial systems; excellent customer service and communication skills; fluent written and spoken English; and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be physically capable of lifting, bending, and working in attics and varying temperatures and weather conditions. Valid driver’s license required; Cayman Islands license preferred. HVAC certification is an asset.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm, with weekend work as required.

Salary: KYD $15–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for advancement and performance-based bonuses.
