-Inspect, diagnose, repair, maintain, and install household and commercial appliances.
-Read and follow repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions.
-Use diagnostic tools and test equipment to check appliance performance.
-Run tests, interpret results, and provide clear repair recommendations.
-Write service reports, update job logs, and follow safety regulations.
-Communicate clearly with customers about issues and repair options.
-Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company policies.
Qualification:
-Proven experience in diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing household and commercial appliances.
-Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical components.
-Able to read repair manuals, diagrams, and follow instructions.
-Skilled in using common diagnostic and repair tools.
-Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication and customer-service skills.
-Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
-With a clean police record
