Parsons A/C & Refrigeration Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced HVAC Technician for residential and commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Job Duties:
Install, service, diagnose, and repair split systems, mini-splits, packaged/rooftop units, AHUs, fan-coil units, and VRFNRV systems. Install refrigerant piping, drainage, ductwork, grilles, diffusers, dampers, thermostats, and HVAC accessories. Perform brazing, pressure testing, leak detection, refrigerant recovery, evacuation, charging, system start-up, commissioning, airflow verification, and preventative maintenance.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, control, zoning, drainage, and airflow faults. Read mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams, prepare service reports, determine required materials and parts, and attend emergency call-outs when required.
Qualifications:
Diploma or technical/vocational qualification in HVAC, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. HVAC/R certification is preferred. Valid driver's licence required.
Experience Required:
Minimum 10-12 years of relevant HVAC experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
