We're seeking a skilled AC & Appliance Technician to join our maintenance team and help keep our facilities running smoothly and efficiently. The candidate must be know how to :
Inspect, repair, and maintain air conditioning units and ventilation systems.
Troubleshoot and repair appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, washers/dryers, and other resort equipment.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks.
Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
