The deal, in plain words.

Schooner is a job-matching assistant currently in a private pilot. It reads publicly advertised vacancies, scores them against the profile you give it, and drafts applications for you. It is free during the pilot; at launch there will be free and paid tiers.

Schooner drafts; you decide. Nothing is submitted to an employer until you have read it and confirmed. You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile you provide and of anything you approve for sending.

The service is provided as-is, best-effort, while in pilot. We work to keep postings, scores, and drafts accurate, but we cannot guarantee that a posting is still open, that a score is right, or that any application leads to an interview or a job.

Don't use Schooner to misrepresent yourself, to spam employers, or to scrape or resell its data. We may pause accounts that do.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. If they change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Questions: hello@caribbean.work.
