How Schooner handles your information.

If you join the waitlist, we store the email address or phone number you give us, with the date you gave it. Once you use Schooner, we also store the profile you build in chat — your work history, qualifications, and preferences — because matching you to jobs is the entire product.

Your waitlist contact is used for one thing: inviting you to Schooner and telling you about the service. Your profile is used to score job postings against your background and to draft applications you approve. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with employers unless you tell us to apply.

Waitlist entries are stored with Cloudflare, the infrastructure provider that also serves this website. Job postings themselves are public information read from the sources where employers advertise them.

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@caribbean.work and we will do it. Leaving the waitlist is one email.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
