WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE.

C N EWERS & CO. LTD T/A UNCLE CLEMS MEAT & GROCERY is looking for a qualified and reliable Warehouse Associate who will perform general warehouse work in cold storage freezers; receive, inspect, label, store, and organize incoming stock; maintain inventory control; prepare customer orders; and ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse in a reasonable and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, label, store, and organize incoming stock.
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
Check products for damage and report discrepancies.
Pick, prepare, and process customer orders for shipment.
Organize warehouse space and maintain proper stock rotation.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, as required.
Record shipment arrivals and departures.
Inspect all stock for damage and maintain accurate damage records.
Operate stock management tools, including forklifts.
Communicate with staff and delivery locations regarding inventory, deliveries, and order issues.
Perform general warehouse duties in refrigerated and freezer environments.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food service industry and warehouse operations.
Valid Group 3 or Group 4 Driver's License with at least 3 years of delivery driving experience.
Experience with inventory systems and stock management.
Knowledge of food products, including meats, produce, and groceries.
Ability to lift an average of 60 lbs. unassisted and work in refrigerated environments.
Experience with inventory software.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, honest, hardworking, and maintain a professional attitude.
Ability to work day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Maintain a neat appearance and follow food safety and road safety standards.
Must provide a clean Police Record.
Must have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent.
