Pool Patrol is seeking a trainee liaison officer to act as the communication bridge between management, customers, international suppliers and shippers. You will maintain relationships and streamline operations and drive performance.
An organised, problem solving individual is key to this role who holds strong computer literate skills in Microsoft, Maths, and has excellent reading, written and spoken English.
Both office responsibilities and manual labour are mandatory. This includes the overseeing and unloading of shipments with Incoterms, reconciliation, lifting and manoeuvring of product in excess of 100lbs and forklift operation.
Monday to Saturday working plus outside of these hours to liaise with international suppliers and shippers when necessary.
A group 3 drivers licence, operating a manual company vehicle will also be required to aid with local shipment collections and deliveries.
