Traffic Flagger
Cayman Traffic Controllers is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and hardworking Traffic Flagger to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of traffic around work zones and construction sites while maintaining the safety of workers and the public.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely direct and control traffic in and around work zones and construction sites.
- Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices, including signs, cones, and barriers.
- Communicate effectively with motorists, pedestrians, and fellow crew members.
- Monitor traffic conditions and respond appropriately to ensure public and worker safety.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Traffic Flagger or in a similar traffic control role.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Dependable, alert, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Strong ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as operations run 24 hours a day.
- Reliable personal transportation is required, as work assignments may be located throughout Grand Cayman.
- Must be able to work a full-time shift schedule and remain flexible to accommodate changing operational requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: CI$8.75 per hour
Pension and medical insurance benefits provided in accordance with Cayman Islands labour and immigration regulations.
