Cayman Crystal Caves, home to Cayman’s only world-class underground attraction, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Responsibilities
• Provide a premium tour experience for all guests.
• Safely transport guests to and from the caves and designated pickup points.
• Ensure company vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Engage with guests from around the world, sharing Cayman’s culture, unique geological features, flora, endangered species, and wildlife found at Cayman Crystal Caves.
• Lead safe, informative, and entertaining guided tours.
• Present tour information clearly in English and at least one additional language.
• Maintain and enforce all site safety and security protocols for guests, yourself, and colleagues.
• Maintain First Aid/CPR/AED proficiency through company-assigned training and provide aid promptly and appropriately when required.
• Assist with guest check-in, crowd management, and any other duties related to your position as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements & Skills
• A genuine passion for service and hospitality.
• Able to walk and stand for extended periods in hot, humid and uneven outdoor conditions.
• Commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and sound mind, with the physical ability to perform all job tasks.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language.
• Friendly, outgoing and professional manner.
• Strong public-speaking and storytelling skills.
• Dependable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Strong determination and diligence in maintaining the safety and security of persons and property.
• Consistent compliance with the law and all company policies.
• Clean driving record and possession of a valid Group 2/3 driver’s license.
• Clean criminal record.
• Willingness to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge.
• Ability to form and maintain positive working relationships with management, colleagues, guests, and external partners, regardless of age, gender, or ethnicity.
• Knowledge of Caymanian culture, local history, geology, or the natural environment is an advantage.
• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, education, or customer service is preferred, but training can be provided.
• Availability to respond to work demands on any day, including weekends and public holidays.
