Job Title: Spray Foam Sales Coordinator and Spray Foam Installation (full-time)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with sales teams’ colleagues to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
• Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including Request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
• Assist with maintenance of spray foam equipment and assist office administrator and colleagues with spray foam inquiries
• Meet own sales revenue goals
• Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements
• Input projects to the project schedule including trade manpower loading for the project
• Ensure projects are loaded into project cost control centers for tracking equipment, material, labor, subcontracts, and miscellaneous costs
• Assist with procurement and management of project subcontractors and equipment vendors
• Ensure work on any job site follows contract, workmanship, and safety
• Cooperate with office administrator to accurately estimate plan/spec spray foam insulation services using computer estimating systems and other related software
• Maintain estimating logs and unit costs for all projects
• Support establishment and maintenance of vendor relationships
• Attend site surveys and pre-bid walkthroughs
• Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.
• Follow-up on any required warranty work and maintain contact with owner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Report to Manager ownership with any issues and feedback
• Support management with training and ongoing support for installation teams and support management of large jobs with minimal supervision
• Estimate changes in scope of work

Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in spray foam insulation, contracting, or related construction trades.
• Diploma in Insulator / Vocational Certificate in Insulation Installation or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge of spray polyurethane foam insulation systems and building envelope insulation
• methods.
• Familiarity with spray cork coating systems or similar protective building envelope coating.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and constructions specifications.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and coordination between multiple trades.
• Experience with project estimating and materials take offs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer proficiency including spreadsheets, estimating tools, and general office software.
• Must be fluent in English and excellent in verbal and written.
• Strong communication, teamwork and management skills.
• Willingness to work after regular hours, over weekends and public holidays.
• Valid Cayman Islands Driver’s License with Clean Driving Records is mandatory

The salary range is CI$6,000 to CI$7,600 per month plus 2% commissions per project working 45 hours per week. Benefits as deemed by law.
