Acts as informative middleperson between the company and customers . Service Writer try to make the experience of having your car serviced as quick, easy and understandable as possible. He/ She will coordinate the process of obtaining information from the customer and communicate with the technicians to set repair or maintenance process in motion, while providing status updates to customers. Ensures that all parts are available on a timely manner to the complete repairs Working with both customers and mechanics, he/ she must have a good grasp on automotive repair concepts, time management and organizational skills to ensure that the repairs and work orders and completed correctly
