Service Writer.

Alpha Motorsport is seeking a part time highly skilled individual with experience delivering premium customer service and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, professional environment. The successful candidate must be flexible and responsive to the needs of both the business and its clients.
What we are looking for:
• A minimum of 10 years experience in the customer service industry.
• At least two years experience working in a luxury establishment.
• The ability to take ownership of the role, demonstrate strong attention to detail, manage multiple priorities and develop practical solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence and accuracy when using computerized systems, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers and supporting the internal Service Department, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• The ability to clearly explain required repairs and service recommendations to customers, based on technicians findings and written reports.
• Send invoices and explaining final charges when a job is complete.
• The ability to climb multiple flights of stairs daily and lift 50lb.
• A minimum age of 25 and a valid Cayman Islands driving license.
• College Diploma and/or Customer Service Certification and/or Automotive Related Certification
Salary Range: $30,000-$45,000 KYD per year dependent on experience. Vacation / health insurance / pension
per law.
Hours: 20-30 hours working week. Overtime potential. To be fully flexible with working hours around the company's needs, referring to the manager for weekly time schedule.
Education Required:
High School / College Diploma
Flexible Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri, Weekends possible depending on workload.
