· Wipe counter/tables and organize chairs & stools properly. Always clear away empties, clean all spills.
· Take beverage orders correctly and serve customers
· During events – Service of hors d’oeuvres/ food may vary.
· Pack shelves/freezers nightly - organize in the proper way.
· As you Serve tell the Customer the cost of their goods and Get payment for cashier – then return the customer’ change as quickly as possible. Give receipt especially for credit card payment.
· Help with checking air conditioner, lights etc. at closing time.
· Check down TABS/credit items for All approved persons in the book before you leave.
· Answer the bar telephone but be quickly. (don’t give customer or staff location or information)
· Do not show favoritism with customers or staff.
· Must have a Respectful attitude and honest - Employees must be patience with difficult persons.
