Assist customers with inquiries. Maintain database with updated details.
Maintain Clean Store. Monitor Sales Staff. Daily Reports.
Maintain work area clean and presentable.
Cover Sales and Repairs Customer Service Counters.
POS and Microsoft Office Suite experiences necessary.
Process Sales transaction accord to customer request for Phones and Accessories or other gadgets.
Log in Phones and identify and verify problems.
Interact with External Customers and Internal co-workers.
Any other duties that could offer the Company a best experience for each Customers.
