SALARY: CI$130,000 - CI$160,000 pa
WORKING HOURS: 40 HOURS PER WEEK

We are seeking a Senior Risk Manager to join Dart Enterprises Group as functional lead for Health & Safety. The successful candidate will lead H&S strategy, insurance procurement support, and operational risk oversight across our diverse Group of Companies — driving safety culture, resilience, and regulatory compliance at every level.

DO YOU HAVE:

A Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Health & Safety, or a related discipline, along with an internationally recognized professional qualification (e.g. CRM, CSP, CRSP, NEBOSH Level 6, CMIOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, IRM, ARM, CRMP, or equivalent)
15+ years of progressive experience in international risk management, health & safety, insurance, or a related discipline, including at least 5 years at senior management level
Broad experience of insurance products, claims management, operational risk, and international insurance markets across diverse industries
Proven experience implementing Health & Safety management systems, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance programs across complex, multi-site organizations
Experience leading incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and business continuity planning initiatives
Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and change leadership skills, with experience partnering with senior executives and driving improvements without relying on formal authority
An adaptable, solutions-focused approach, combined with a technology-enabled and continuous improvement mindset that enhances safety performance and operational resilience

WE WANT YOU TO:

Lead and deliver the Group's Health & Safety strategy, driving best practice, safety culture, and continuous improvement across all levels of the business
Provide risk management expertise and mitigation advice on a wide range of commercial and operational risks Group-wide, acting as a trusted H&S subject matter expert to executives, operational leaders and frontline personnel
Develop and maintain occupational health and safety management systems, governance processes and compliance frameworks, ensuring compliance with applicable local, regional and international regulations including OSHA and Cayman Islands legislation
Facilitate operational risk assessments and business vulnerability reviews, and support the procurement of local and overseas corporate insurance programs, including review of policy wordings and contract indemnification provisions
Lead incident management response, significant incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action governance
Champion Business Continuity planning, disaster recovery and organizational resilience initiatives across the Group, including acting as Shelter Manager for hurricane refuge deployments
Create and deliver risk and safety training across multiple business disciplines, and manage Group H&S resources and emergency warden coordination
Partner with leadership teams to identify emerging risks, strengthen resilience, and implement innovative, technology-enabled solutions that improve safety, risk visibility, and operational assurance
