School Lead.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced School Lead to support the effective running of a preschool setting. The successful candidate will be a qualified early childhood teacher eligible to work in the Cayman Islands, with proven experience managing staff and supporting inclusive practices for children with additional learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality and consistent classroom practice.
- Support the recruitment, induction, and ongoing professional development of staff.
- Promote consistency in behaviour management, routines, and expectations across classrooms.
- Assist with the coordination of support for children with special educational needs and additional learning support needs.
- Support teachers in adapting curriculum, strategies, and learning environments to meet diverse needs.
- Provide pedagogical leadership across the preschool, supporting high-quality teaching and learning.
- Collaborate with teachers and management to review, develop, and strengthen the curriculum.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Centre.
- Build positive relationships with parents and guardians through open communication and collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience in staff leadership, supervision, or management within an early childhood setting.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development, inclusive education, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Confidence in coaching and mentoring teaching staff.
- Competence with educational technology and documentation systems.
- Caymanians applicants preferred.
