Sales Representative for Sign Solutions.

Duties:
Identify, prospect, and secure new clients.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue opportunities across the island.
Recommend appropriate signage and branding solutions aligned with client objectives and brand standards.
Visit client locations for consultations, and prepare professional quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
Track sales calls, client meetings, proposals, closed deals, and follow-up actions.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities within the company CRM system.
Prepare weekly sales performance reports including activity levels and revenue forecasts.
Clearly communicate and explain all client requirements to the signage teams to ensure accurate execution.
Ensure that client specifications, expectations, timelines, and quality standards are fully understood and delivered.
Proactively ensure client satisfaction with the quality of workmanship, materials, installation, and overall service experience.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in signage, print, advertising, or related industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to read and understand design layouts and specifications (desirable).
Self-motivated with strong time management and organisational skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of signage materials, installation processes, and local regulations.
Experience managing projects from quotation through to installation and after-sales service.
