Proven Hospitality Wine Sales Experience
Minimum 3 years of wine or premium spirits sales experience within the on-premise and off-premise sectors, ideally in the Cayman Islands or comparable luxury markets.
Wine Certifications – Mandatory
WSET Level 3 Award in Wines (minimum)
Preference given to candidates holding Court of Master Sommeliers Certified/Advanced, CMS Introductory + Certified, or DipWSET.

Established Network in Cayman’s Hospitality Scene
Existing relationships with F&B directors, head sommeliers, general managers, and buyers at luxury hotels, resorts, top restaurants, private villas, and yacht provisioning companies.
Sales Targets & New Account Acquisition
Responsible for hitting monthly/quarterly sales targets and opening 8–12 new on-premise accounts per quarter while growing corporate and private-client gifting sales.
Wine Presentation & Training Expertise
Confident presenter capable of leading staff trainings, wine tastings, winemaker dinners, and private client events.
Deep Portfolio Knowledge
Strong command of Old World (Tuscany, Bordeaux, Burgundy) and New World premium wines; able to articulate the story, vintage variation, and collector value of limited-edition releases.
CRM & Administrative Discipline
Daily use of CRM software, accurate sales forecasting, weekly reporting, and management of samples, pricing, and promotional materials.
Flexibility & Professional Standards
Clean driver’s license and reliable vehicle; availability for evening/weekend tastings and events.
