SALES REPRESENTATIVE / ASSISTANT SCREEN PRINTER – CUSTOM APPAREL & VINYL DESIGN.

Hot Zone Sports is looking for a creative, reliable, customer-focused person to join our team. This is a hands-on role that combines retail sales and customer service with graphic design and vinyl production for custom apparel, signage, and promotional products.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sales & Customer Service
• Greet customers and help them choose products and place custom orders
• Explain products, pricing, and services
• Process sales transactions and orders
• Build strong customer relationships and support daily store operations
Graphic Design
• Create logos, lettering, and custom artwork to customer specifications
• Revise designs and prepare print-ready digital files for production
• Design graphics for social media, flyers, ads, and in-store promotions
Vinyl & Apparel Production
• Prepare artwork for vinyl cutting and operate cutting equipment
• Weed, prepare, and apply vinyl graphics to shirts, apparel, and signage
• Check finished products for accuracy and quality
• Assist with inventory, displays, and order tracking
• Work with the team to complete orders accurately and on time
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Graphic design experience, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva
• Strong computer skills and comfort working with digital design files
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Able to manage multiple orders, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team
An advantage:
• Experience with vinyl cutting, custom apparel, or garment decoration
• Experience preparing artwork for print or apparel production
POSITION DETAILS
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Pay: CI$10.00 per hour
• Location: Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
