Job Description
Demayas Global Ltd. is seeking a friendly, reliable, customer-oriented and hardworking individual to fill the position of Retail Sales Clerk. The successful applicant will assist customers with purchases, provide excellent customer service, maintain store merchandise and ensure the smooth daily operation of the retail establishment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
Assist customers with product selections, enquiries and purchases.
Operate the cash register and process cash, credit and debit card transactions.
Receive, unpack, price and display merchandise.
Restock shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
Monitor inventory and report low-stock or damaged items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
Assist with stocktaking and inventory control.
Handle customer complaints and enquiries professionally.
Ensure merchandise is properly priced and labelled.
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
Carry out other reasonable duties related to the retail sales position.
Qualifications and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous retail or customer service experience for 5 years.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic mathematics and cash-handling skills.
Ability to operate a cash register or point-of-sale system.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Honest, dependable, punctual and well-organized.
Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with lifting and arranging merchandise.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
