• Assist Captain and/or Instructor with all watersports activities including scuba diving, snorkeling, and general boating excursions
• Assist teammates with general maintenance needs, including but not limited to filling air tanks, thoroughly sanitizing rental gear and cleaning boats
• Manage all watersports reservations, including data entry, invoicing, and calendar maintenance through multiple means and make timely updates as needed
• Keep up-to-date on all company products, services, pricing and promotional offers and maintain company website/social media pages to reflect that
• Maximize company revenue by utilizing standard sales techniques with all current and potential customers
• Project a professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service through all correspondence with teammates, vendors and customers
