The Regional Mobile Growth Manager is responsible for driving sustainable subscriber, usage and revenue growth across Digicel Atlantic’s Mobile business, covering both Prepaid and Postpaid.
The role owns the regional Mobile growth agenda, identifying commercial opportunities through customer analytics, market insight and performance trends, and translating those opportunities into structured growth initiatives, customer migration programs, commercial experiments and campaign strategies.
Working closely with the Regional Head of Mobile, Regional Campaign Lead, Marketing, Go-To-Market, Business Intelligence, Finance and local market teams, the Regional Mobile Growth Manager will define the commercial priorities, customer segments, propositions and expected outcomes required to accelerate Mobile growth across the Atlantic markets.
The role is accountable for the commercial effectiveness of Mobile growth initiative as well as oversight of campaign execution, configuration, scheduling, deployment and operational reporting.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Mobile Growth Strategy
• Develop and execute the regional Mobile Growth Strategy across Prepaid and Postpaid.
• Define the regional growth roadmap and commercial priorities.
• Identify opportunities to increase subscriber growth, usage, ARPU and revenue.
• Recommend strategic initiatives to achieve Mobile commercial objectives.
• Ensure alignment with the overall Consumer strategy.
Customer Analytics & Growth Opportunities
• Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns and commercial performance.
• Develop customer segmentation strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities and revenue gaps.
• Translate customer insights into actionable commercial initiatives.
• Maintain a pipeline of prioritized growth opportunities.
Growth Initiatives & Customer Migration
• Design initiatives to accelerate subscriber and revenue growth.
• Develop migration strategies across products and value segments.
• Build business cases and define success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation.
• Evaluate results and recommend optimization.
Campaign Strategy & Commercial Experimentation
• Define campaign objectives, target audiences and commercial hypotheses.
• Develop campaign briefs for execution by the Regional Campaign Lead.
• Design A/B tests and commercial pilots.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and determine scaling decisions.
• Promote a structured test-and-learn culture.
Digital Growth & Portfolio Performance
• Drive digital adoption and customer engagement initiatives.
• Support optimization of Mobile propositions and value ladders.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer conversion and usage.
• Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements.
• Support successful commercial launches.
Commercial Performance & Governance
• Monitor Mobile KPIs and initiative performance.
• Lead regular Mobile Growth reviews.
• Present commercial insights and recommendations.
• Maintain the regional growth roadmap.
• Ensure initiatives deliver agreed commercial outcomes.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Lead cross-functional delivery of Mobile growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Go-To-Market and BI teams.
• Resolve execution barriers.
• Ensure regional consistency in commercial execution.
• Represent the Mobile Growth function in governance forums.
People Leadership
• Lead and develop the Regional Campaign Lead.
• Set objectives and performance expectations.
• Build growth and commercial capability across the function.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement.
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Business, Marketing, Analytics or a related field is considered an advantage
• Minimum of five years’ experience in Commercial Management, Growth, Product Management, Customer Value Management, Analytics, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience within Telecommunications, Subscription Services, Financial Services, Digital Services or another data-led consumer business is highly desirable.
• Proven experience developing and delivering commercial growth initiatives.
• Strong experience working with customer data, segmentation and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to translate analytics into commercial action.
• Experience developing campaign strategies, propositions, tests or customer migration programmes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across multiple markets or business units is preferred.
• Previous team leadership or direct people-management experience is preferred.
