RECEPTIONIST/PAYMENT CLERK.

Cayman Water Co. Ltd designs, builds and operates seawater conversion plants and water systems in Grand Cayman and other countries in the Caribbean and Central America. We invite applications from suitably qualified Caymanians, Status Holders for the following position.

RECEPTIONIST/PAYMENT CLERK

The successful applicant must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, and be proficient in computer skills, specifically MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. The applicant must have excellent interpersonal skills along with the ability to work effectively and accurately within our organization. They must be a punctual and very reliable, well-organized individual, with a high level of energy that can work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include all aspects of managing all related correspondences for our Customer Service Department, including, but not limited to the following: -
● Answering and transferring phone calls, emails, and messages
● Checking the company’s voicemail service daily
● Providing information about our services to customers and clients
● Receiving, sorting, and delivering mail. Errands will be rotational.
● Greeting and directing visitors and making them comfortable.
● Processing card and bank payments to customers’ accounts daily.
● Carrying out clerical support tasks when required and maintaining a clean and tidy reception area.

The salary for this position will be CI$29,000.00 to 31,000.00 per annum depending on the applicant’s experience. Benefits also include medical, pension and vacation.
