REQUIREMENTS:

> The candidate must have a profound familiarity with Building Service System (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire); hence, a bachelor's degree related to Engineering such as Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Plumbing is preferred;

>Highly technical and must be proficient in Plan Swift, MS Office and Blue Beam; This is crucial in handling multiple projects efficiently.

> 1-2 years proven solid experience in the same capacity;

> Must be flexible as the job would require paper works and documentation as well as going to project jobsites (field work).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

> Interpret IFC (Issued For Construction) plans/drawings and breakdown detailed components for sourcing and pricing to initiate project take off using Plan Swift;

> Thorough review of shop drawings and submittals to assess risk and prevent costly rework and project delays;

> In cases where the vendor is unable to prepare shop drawings, the candidate must have the capacity to prepare the shop drawings him/herself as required by the client;

> Conduct regular project site visits. Work closely with construction manager, designers, and all subcontractors from pre-construction to project completion to post project review;

> Must always be ready to take on a wide range of support functions to ensure design intent is strictly followed, risks are properly communicated and project is carried out at the highest standard;

> Prepare, track and file RFIs (Request For Information) and all project related documents.
