*Oversees daily operations of the childcare centre
*Ensuring safe, nurturing and educational environment with children
*Ensuring adherence to safeguarding, child protection, and health and safety legislation and regulatory requirements
*Manages daily activities, ensuring high standards of care and education, and maintaining staff-to-child ratios
*Communicates with parents/carers regarding children's progress and addressing any issues
*Effective staff management
*Education Bachelor and Masters Degree
