Physiotherapist – Part-Time (25 Hours per Week)
Salary: CI$4,000-$5,000 per month

Align Wellness Studio is an established multidisciplinary healthcare provider offering personalised, holistic wellness services across the Cayman Islands. Having recently opened our third clinic, following almost eight years of continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
• Assess and treat patients using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, ultrasound and shockwave therapy.
• Develop, implement and monitor individualised treatment plans to optimise patient recovery.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options and preventative care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary patient care.
• Proactively develop and maintain an independent patient caseload through business development activities, including networking, attending conferences, delivering presentations and community engagement.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with regulatory requirements and clinic protocols.
• Deliver exceptional patient care while remaining current with developments in physiotherapy practice and technology.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years Physiotherapy experience, with 3 of those years being post-qualification experience, including experience treating neurological, orthopaedic and musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions.
• Must be registered with the Council for Professions Allied with Medicine (CPAM) or eligible to obtain registration and a licence to practise as a Physiotherapist in the Cayman Islands.
• Demonstrable experience developing and managing an independent patient caseload, with a proactive approach to business development and client acquisition.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and patient relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially aware and comfortable working independently within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Proficient in using technology for patient assessments, treatment planning, clinical documentation and progress monitoring.
• Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to their own vehicle to travel between all three Align Wellness Studio clinics and attend appointments as required.

Working Conditions
Clinic-based, physically active role requiring prolonged standing, hands-on treatments and the ability to safely assist patients with mobility, positioning and transfers.
