Paralegal.

Dentons is seeking a qualified Caymanian, or PR or RERC holder with the right to work, for the full-time role of Paralegal.

The successful candidate will provide advanced legal support to attorneys across a range of practice areas. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal and regulatory research, managing complex matter files, assisting with transaction and case management, coordinating with clients and external stakeholders, and supporting attorneys throughout the lifecycle of legal matters. The role also involves mentoring junior support staff and assisting with more complex legal and administrative tasks.

Applicants must possess a law degree or equivalent legal qualification and experience working within a legal environment. Strong legal drafting abilities, attention to detail, research skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced professional setting are essential.
