Position: Associate - (Litigation}
5-7 year pq
Admission to practice in the Cayman Islands jurisdiction (or eligibility for admission)
Handle a broad range of litigation matters from inception through resolution
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and memoranda
Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery and reviewing document production
Prepare witness statements for hearings, and trial
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness outlines, and legal arguments
Participate in court appearances, hearings, and mediations
experience in Personal Injury and insurance law
SALARY US$150k - Yearly
