Job Summary
Eye Health Clinic Cayman is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support our outpatient, theatre and day-case ophthalmology services. Specialist ophthalmic training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe patient assessment, nursing care and medication administration.
Support outpatient clinics, minor procedures and theatre lists.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
Maintain accurate clinical records, infection control and patient safety standards.
Assist with emergency response and clinical governance.
Essential Requirements
Recognised nursing qualification and eligibility for registration with the Nursing Council of the Cayman Islands.
Strong acute, critical-care or hospital nursing experience.
Experience in medication administration and pre/post-operative care.
Theatre/peri-operative experience desirable; ophthalmology experience desirable but not essential.
Employment & Benefits
Full-time, permanent - 40 hours per week.
Salary: US$96,000 per annum (US$8,000 per month).
Health insurance and pension in accordance with applicable Cayman Islands requirements.
