Overview:
A UHNW household is seeking a highly qualified, UK-trained Nanny with extensive experience in newborn and early years care. The successful candidate will possess deep, specialist knowledge in neonatal development, including care for premature infants, multiples, and babies with allergies. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in high-profile or private households, capable of delivering exceptional standards of childcare with discretion, structure, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert, round-the-clock care for newborns and young children, ensuring optimal development, health, and wellbeing
• Establish and maintain structured routines for feeding, sleeping, and developmental milestones
• Deliver specialist care for newborns, including premature babies, multiples, and those with specific medical or dietary needs
• Prepare and sterilize feeding equipment, manage feeding schedules (breastmilk/formula), and support weaning processes
• Monitor developmental progress and provide informed guidance to principals
• Travel internationally with the family and adapt quickly to new environments and time zones
• Maintain nursery areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization

Requirements:
• Formal UK training and certification as a Maternity Nurse or Nanny (or equivalent recognized qualification)
• Minimum 10+ years’ professional experience, with a strong focus on newborn care
• Demonstrated expertise in neonatal care, including premature infants, twins/multiples, and allergy management
• Experience working in UHNW or high-profile households
• Up-to-date knowledge of early childhood development, sleep training methods, and infant nutrition
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence

Working Conditions:
• 6-day working week with flexibility household requirements
• This role requires 24/7 on call availability and will be partially live-in as required
• On-call availability, including overnight support when required
• Frequent international travel at short notice
