Mason/ Steel Fixer.

We are looking to hire a skilled Mason/ Steel Fixer with knowledge of various techniques. You will be responsible for layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures, and buildings. A skilled steelworker will be required to interpret engineering blueprints, fabricate steel frames and supports, and oversee the installation of steel infrastructure, as well as Drywall Framing. You will also be required to perform maintenance and repairs to existing steel structures.
Masons can cut, dress and lay stone, and are proficient with both modern power tools and traditional hand tools. Masons can expect to work in all weather and with various materials, lift and carry heavy objects, and read and assess technical drawings. Their responsibilities include texturing and polish stone blocks, installing dressed stone, mixing cement and mortar, and restoring old and damaged masonry works.
Mason Responsibilities.
Maintaining tools and workspaces.
Cutting, shaping, and dressing materials.
Lifting, carrying, and placing prepared blocks.
Reading and following technical drawings.
Training apprentices.
Restoring old and worn masonry.
Determining material requirements and construction techniques based on design specifications.
Constructing frames, supports, columns, concrete reinforcements, and other structures.
Transporting elements to the construction site and demarcating, offloading, and working areas.
Preparing for installation by measuring, cutting, aligning, and placing structures.
Steel Fixer Responsibilities:
Reading and interpreting architectural blueprints and engineering plans.
