Job Description & Key Responsibilities
* Lay concrete blocks, bricks, structural stone, and pre-cast units according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
* Mix, pour, apply, and finish mortar, cement, grout, and plaster with high precision and level finishing.
* Cut, shape, and dress masonry materials to specified dimensions using power saws, chisels, and hand tools.
* Construct, repair, and maintain structural walls, foundations, columns, retaining walls, walkways, and related structures.
* Align and check work using plumb lines, levels, straightedges, and laser equipment to ensure square and true construction.
* Adhere strictly to site safety standards, local building codes, and clean site management practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven, hands-on masonry experience required (10+ years of professional experience strongly preferred).
* Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and site layouts.
* Physical Fitness: Capable of performing heavy lifting (up to 50+ lbs), bending, and working on scaffolding in warm tropical weather conditions.
* Work Ethic: Highly reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively as part of a team.
* Documentation: Clean police clearance record and verifiable professional references upon request.
