JAPAUL L. GREENE T/A JOHNSON & CLEGHORN are seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Mason to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing skilled masonry work in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Construct and repair structures using bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and other masonry materials.
Mix and apply mortar, grout, and other bonding materials.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
Measure, cut, shape, and lay masonry materials accurately.
Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and finishing of masonry work.
Maintain and safely operate masonry tools and equipment.
Follow all applicable safety regulations, building codes, and site requirements.
Work cooperatively with supervisors, other trades, and construction personnel.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience as a Mason or in a related construction trade.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
Strong knowledge of masonry materials, tools, and construction techniques.
Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor.
Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Masonry certification or vocational training is preferred.
Clean Police Record.
