Must be able to lift and move concrete sacks (99lbs) and all blocks needed for work. Must be able to create level concrete walls and must be able to finish walls to desired texture. Must be able to listen to instruction of site manager and be willing to work hard and be on time to the job site. Must understand how to use a level and perform tasks without full supervision. Must understand the ratios to mix cement by hand or with a mixer. Must be able to create forms and plumb lines to create level walls.
