FINISHER.

Ruel Brown T/A Precise Construction is seeking a skilled, hardworking and dependable finisher to join our team.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Installing, repairing, and finishing drywall panels using tape, plaster, and spackle.
Smoothing and preparing wall surfaces for finishing.
Setting concrete forms and preparing surfaces for pouring.
Pouring, smoothing, leveling, and finishing concrete using hand and power tools.
Operating power vibrators and other equipment to compact and finish concrete.
Constructing expansion joints and applying sealing and hardening materials.
Polishing concrete surfaces using power equipment.
Maintaining and safely operating all required tools and equipment.
Reporting work progress and job-related issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:
High school diploma.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a concrete laborer, mason, or related position.
Knowledge of hand and power tools, including vibrators, polishers, cutting saws, and edging tools.
Ability to stand and kneel for extended periods.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work long hours.
Willingness to work shifts, nights, and public holidays as required.
Clean police record.
