We are looking to hire a skilled Mason with knowledge of various masonry techniques. You will be responsible for layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures, and buildings. Other duties will include designing, cutting, and measuring materials according to a client's requirements. A successful applicant should be hardworking, reliable, and have good communication and organisational skills. You must have completed an apprenticeship in masonry or have equivalent experience in the field.
Mason’s Responsibilities:
• Maintaining tools and workspaces.
• Cutting, shaping and dressing materials.
• Lifting, carrying and placing prepared blocks.
• Reading and following technical drawings.
• Training apprentices.
• Mixing cement and mortar.
• Restoring old and worn masonry.
