HYCAM GROUP-NOW HIRING — CARPENTER / DRYWALL INSTALLER.

Position: Carpenter / Drywall Installer
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of proven experience
HYCAM Group is seeking an experienced, reliable, and skilled Carpenter / Drywall Installer to join our team. The successful candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in carpentry, drywall installation, finishing, and general construction work.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and install wood, drywall, and other construction materials.
• Install drywall sheets, ceiling systems, partitions, and framing.
• Perform drywall taping, jointing, patching, sanding, and finishing.
• Construct and install interior and exterior wooden structures as required.
• Install doors, frames, trim, baseboards, moldings, cabinets, and other carpentry components.
• Perform framing for walls, ceilings, partitions, and other structures.
• Repair and replace damaged drywall, woodwork, and other building materials.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately, safely, and according to project specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.
• Work effectively with supervisors, contractors, and other members of the construction team.
• Complete assigned projects within established deadlines.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and professional standards.
• Perform other related carpentry and drywall duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in carpentry and/or drywall installation.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, framing, drywall installation, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and measurements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform construction-related duties.
• Valid Police Record required — clean criminal background check.
• Two (2) character/reference letters required.
• Caymanian preference and Permanent Residents (PR holders) are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
