Sealand Adventure Tours is seeking a highly organized, motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a friendly, professional demeanor to join our team as a Mangrove Tour Guide.

Duties include conducting guided mangrove tours with emphasis on environmental conservation, providing accurate commentary on ecosystems, wildlife, and local history, assisting with guest check-ins, safety briefings, and tour coordination, maintaining professional communication with operations and dispatch, and ensuring accurate reporting, guest counts, and tour logs.

Qualifications required: High School Diploma or equivalent. One to two years’ experience in tourism, guiding, or customer service. Strong communication and public speaking skills. Ability to work outdoors for extended periods. Must know how to swim. Diving experience is an asset. Weekend and public holiday availability. Group 2 Driver’s License is an asset. CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification. Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
