Duties will include but not limited the use and maintenance of tools and equipment. : responsible for keeping structures and the surroundings clean and usable; order cleaning supplies; replacing broken fixtures; paint worn surfaces; empty and wash trash receptacles; clean windows; conduct minor repair to equipment and small appliances; conduct minor plumbing and electrical repairs; inform supervisor on when to call the professional plumber, builder or electrician.
