HR Manager
Department: Human Resources
Join One of Cayman's Most Dynamic Hospitality Businesses

Mise en Place is seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised HR Manager to lead all aspects of people operations across a growing hospitality group comprising Events, Private Chef Catering, Baristas, Schools Catering, Warehouse Operations and Corporate Support functions.
Supporting 100 employees across six operational locations, this role requires a professional who can confidently balance strategic business initiatives with the realities of a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role regularly supports and interacts with: Drivers, Baristas, School Canteen Staff, Warehouse Employees, Chefs and Catering Personnel, Events Team Members, Supervisors and Managers, Senior Leadership
Hospitality is a seven-day-a-week industry and flexibility is essential. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support operational requirements, recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives and company events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys challenge, thrives on variety, enjoys working with people and wants to make a meaningful impact on organisational culture, employee engagement and business success.
