SALARY: CI$105,000 - CI$135,000 pa
WORKING HOURS: 40 HOURS PER WEEK

Join our Active Investments team as Manager – Active Investments. This role leads investment, acquisition, development, valuation, and strategic initiatives across a diverse portfolio of private investments. You will deliver high-quality analysis, guide complex projects, and provide recommendations that support critical capital allocation decisions.

DO YOU HAVE:

A bachelor's degree and a professional designation, with CFA certification required.
5-7 years of experience in investment analysis, private investments, real estate, hospitality, corporate finance, valuation, consulting, or a related field.
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and business case development expertise.
Experience leading complex projects and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
The ability to assess risks, assumptions, sensitivities, and key decision drivers.
Strong communication, presentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of analytical quality and integrity.

WE WANT YOU TO:

Lead investment, development, acquisition, valuation, and strategic projects across a portfolio of private investments.
Structure and deliver analytical workstreams that support investment and capital allocation decisions.
Develop, review, and challenge financial models, business cases, and investment recommendations.
Coordinate project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful execution and timely delivery of key initiatives.
Support due diligence activities, market research, transaction processes, and investment assessments.
Prepare clear, decision-ready materials for executives, boards, and committee presentations.
Contribute to process improvements, strengthen analytical methodologies, and provide coaching and guidance to analysts.
