- Diagnose facility issues and create solutions, both timely and accurately
- Handle and transport materials (e.g. tools, equipment, cement, wood, paint, furniture, etc.)
- Conduct wide variety of general maintenance and repairs for both residential and commercial facilities
- Physical ability to assist with erecting scaffolding and ladders, carrying materials in excess of 50 lbs., sheetrock repairs and painting
- Clean up worksites from debris throughout project
- Must possess a valid Drivers License which will be used to operate company vehicles and transport workers from one location to the other
